3 Most Common Barriers in Technology
1. The internet is down at the school:
- This is something that can happen any day. As a teacher you can never prevent this. All you can do is always have a backup plan in place so that you can still teach that lesson without the use of the internet.
2. You forgot your flash drive with the material you were going to teach:
- There are now many resources and holding tank to put your documents other than removable disks. Teachers should save their documents in multiple places so that they are never without them. I just started using an online holding tank called Dropbox and I am loving what it has to offer.
3. You don't have enough computers for your entire class:
- Webquests are a great solution for this problem. Webquests have a group of students working on the same computer at the same time all having different roles to keep them working and busy. A teacher can adapt the Webquest that they create to fit the amount of students in their class.
